What to Expect During an INsight Investigation
What to expect from the INsight Paranormal team:
~First and foremost, you can expect you and your property to be treated with respect and with the utmost regard for your privacy.
~The INsight Paranormal Staff will act professionally and will maintain open communication with you throughout the pre-investigation and investigation phases.
What steps to expect during the investigation process:
~Upon receipt of your Investigation Request, you can expect to be contacted by phone from an INsight member to discuss your situation.
~Should the decision be made that an investigation is warranted, our case manager will arrange a preliminary visit with you to discuss the reported activity, get a brief concept of the location and to get all necessary documentation in order.
~Between the preliminary meeting and the investigation, the INsight staff will be going through a discovery process, during which time they will gather as much outside information as possible regarding the location.
~During the investigation, you can expect the INsight staff to spend several hours, late into the evening on location. We will arrive with our own equipment, will set up quickly and safely, and will begin our investigation in a timely manner. When the investigation is completed, the staff will collect their equipment and leave the location in the same condition it was in upon arrival.
~Following the investigation, the INsight staff will review the evidence collected on site. This can be expected to take approximately a week. During this time, we may collaborate with various colleagues and consultants in order to get the best possible analysis of the data we have collected.
~Following the data analysis, the staff of INsight Paranormal will discuss our findings and put together a portfolio of data, evidence and documentation gathered and generated throughout the various phases of your case. This portfolio will be presented to you with our findings, and your case will be closed.
~After your case has been closed, you will be encouraged to contact us with any further concerns and questions that might arise. We pledge to do our very best to remain accessible to you.
