Question:

Just wondering if you guys had ever found any evidence of animal spirits haunting there past owners. My daughter and I both have seen and felt cats that are no longer alive, on our beds, on us, and heard them purring and meowing. And have also heard animals jumping off of counters when there are no other animals inside. We would just like to know if it is our minds playing tricks on us or if you have ever caught any evidence of this kind of activity?

To answer your question "yes!" There have been documented paranormal events that involve animals. I can't think (off hand) of any that INsight has done but some years back I had the opportunity to investigate an old abandoned slaughter house in (of all places) Slaughterville Oklahoma and guess what? We documented animal EVPs there while no animals were present. I believe those EVPs to be that of Pigs and Sheep.

As far as the mind playing tricks on you, I wouldn't worry about it. I'm not aware of any cases where these types of haunting have been dangerous in nature. Actually it is kind of neat because this type of haunting is very rare. If we can help anymore just let us know.
