Question:

Hello, I have been an amateur investigator since 2002. I recently have been going in a mausoleum at Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulsa. I have never had much luck in graveyards as far as any good evidence. Since going inside this mausoleum I have had a Huge number of EVP's on several different recorders on several of them I have a Male saying this is John. The most recent a male voice said John Gates. I also have picked a young child EVP and have heard it actually talking with my own ears. I also hear walking often as though it is coming towards me then suddenly stops. On one occasion music came on out of no where from a speaker system when NO one was there. Now what is disturbing is I have since been seeing dark shadows in my house and hearing a male talking. And the last time I went in the mausoleum the EVP said I am the demon asphree?? I know this sounds crazy and quite silly but I am concerned this entity may not be so harmless after all. I have a deep fear that this thing has followed me. Is this possible and can it be a Demon?? I am truely not crazy I am just very concerned. Like I said I am an amateur and do not know what I am dealing with. Can you Help me out???

Hi Stacy!

In response to your question it is likely that you have what is called an attachment. Basically an entity latches onto you and stays with you for one reason or another. As for being something Demonic in nature, some of us in the field believe that non-human entities are attracted to graveyards and the like. We don't know exactly why but it seems to be the case in many investigations. I suspect it's simply a grumpy ghost that enjoys bullying others.

The first thing to do would be to stop going to this graveyard. In-fact I would stop going to graveyards all together because of this very issue. I have had it personally happen to me. This is so common that INsight will not investigate graveyards per policy. As for what to do, that is the tricky part. Are you familiar with smudging? I cant provide you with any scientific data that proves that it works but I can tell you that it seems to help and there are many resources online that will tell you how exactly to do it.
